Careers Print

Nikko AM places the utmost value on its greatest asset: human capital. To ensure that the firm attracts top performers within the industry, we strive to continuously evaluate and improve the working environment at Nikko AM.

Career Development

We have implemented a merit-based culture; an often underdeveloped concept among traditional Japanese companies. We did away with the practice of rotating employees, instead encouraging the pursuit of long-term professional careers. We structured a flatter organisation, which is better equipped to implement new ideas.

Employee Relations

Feedback is solicited through the company's Intranet page and employee satisfaction surveys. In addition, employee relation representatives ensure employee voices are appropriately considered in company action. The firm also conducts regular company events to provide ample opportunity for employee interaction.

We have established an Employee Relations Working Team, which is made up of volunteers. Their mission is to identify problems employees are facing and work to find resolutions.
